Vaidikmart Natural Honey is raw honey exactly as the bees made it: unheated, unprocessed and with nothing added. It is collected by farmers from natural beehives, gently filtered to remove wax, and packed without pasteurisation, so the honey keeps its natural taste, aroma and character.

Our honey range

  • Natural Honey 1200 g: everyday raw honey in a value pack for families
  • Wild Forest Honey 200 g: dark, rich honey gathered from wild forest flowers, with a deep, earthy flavour

Why raw, unheated honey?

Many commercial honeys are heated and finely processed so they stay runny on the shelf. Our honey is not, which is why it may crystallise over time. That is a natural sign of raw honey, not of adulteration.

Enjoy it with warm water and lemon, in herbal tea, on toast, with ghee in Ayurvedic combinations, or as a natural sweetener in place of sugar.

Frequently asked questions

Is Vaidikmart honey raw and unheated?

Yes. Our honey is not heated or pasteurised and has no added sugar, syrup, flavour or preservatives. It is only gently filtered to remove wax and hive particles.

What is the difference between Natural Honey and Wild Forest Honey?

Natural Honey is farmer-collected from beehives and has a mild, familiar sweetness. Wild Forest Honey is gathered from wild forest flora, so it is usually darker, thicker and has a stronger, earthier taste.

Why has my honey crystallised?

Crystallisation is natural for raw honey and depends on the flower source and temperature. It does not mean the honey is spoiled or adulterated. To make it liquid again, place the closed jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes.

How should I store honey?

Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate it, as cold speeds up crystallisation. Always use a dry spoon.

Can honey be given to infants?

No. Honey should not be given to babies under 12 months of age. It is safe for older children and adults.

How can I use raw honey every day?

Take a spoon with warm water and lemon in the morning, add it to herbal tea (after it cools slightly), drizzle it on toast or fruit, or use it in place of sugar in drinks and desserts. Avoid cooking honey at high heat.
